“These are really yummy with chocolate chips. Without them, from what I understand, they are gluten-free, refined sugar-free, vegan, and fat-free. Great for toddlers;) They are really gooey, which is a plus in my book. And they are a good way to put too-ripe bananas to use. ” – LeAnn.
Three ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup applesauce
1tsp vanilla extract
Dried fruit or chocolate chips (optional)
Mash the bananas, add all other ingredients, stir, let stand for 15 minutes, spoon onto cookie sheet. They don’t spread, so, squishing them down is helpful. Bake at 350. I don’t really know how long, but I just check them often after 10 min.
